About

Twelve people, one ocean at a time.

The story

White Pearl began in 2019 with a simple idea: build one exceptional vessel, run her privately, and give her a permanent crew who know the reefs the way locals do — because they are locals.

Our captain, Andrés, has sailed Indian and Pacific waters for over twenty years. Our cruise director, Naya, was born on an atoll in Baa. Our two dive instructors have between them logged 12,000 dives across the regions we sail. It is their intimacy with these seas — not the yacht — that makes the experience.

We keep the operation small on purpose. One boat, one crew, one charter at a time. The result is a vessel that behaves less like a hotel and more like a private home at sea.

Our reefs

One percent of every charter goes directly to the Manta Trust and to Misool Foundation, both of which operate in waters we sail. Our fuel is offset through Ocean Positive; our tenders are switching to electric propulsion in 2027.

We dive without gloves, without touching. We anchor only in sand. We source seafood from small-boat fishermen at the last port before an atoll — never on the reef.
